Our Show Home is currently closed, as it moves back to the investors. We are in the process of having a new Canterbury Show Home established, and will announce this on our socials as soon as it’s ready. You can also still drive by our old Show Home, to get a feel for the exterior finishes.

Based on our popular Sabik Design the previous Canterbury Showhome offered everything you need to entertain your family and friends. A large open-plan kitchen, living and meals area and alfresco dining for warm summer days. The Sabik plan is a stunning home as it also features two separate living areas. This feature is fantastic if you have kids, or perhaps if you’re using it as an investment property, as you can section off the different areas.
